Submitting this form does not reserve your date. Your booking is confirmed once your agreement is signed and the non-refundable retainer is received.

🎈 Balloon creations are for children ages 3+. For safety, balloons cannot be given directly to children under age 3.

☀️ Indoor setups are preferred whenever available. Outdoor balloon twisting requires continuous full shade/cover—services cannot be provided in direct sunlight. Glitter tattoo services require an indoor setup.

Please share your event theme, name and age of guest of honor, special requests or accommodations, and any parking or venue-access information that may be helpful. If parking is limited, please let me know whether a nearby space can be reserved for setup.
